The challenge

Adecco required communication for their sales team and for internal branding that was appealing and helped improve employee engagement. Close to 40% of Adecco's marketing is internal, Hence it was vital that the communication conveyed key messages in the right way and at the right time.

THE INSIGHT

We found that the existing communication needed to be modified so as to improve employee engagement and create a buzz within the company. For this purpose we suggested branding collateral such as standees, posters, and banners. We also suggested that the initiatives should be Indianised to make it more appealing to employees.

The solution

We ensured that Adecco's requirements in terms of creative support for their various brands such as Adecco India, Adecco Stang, and Lee Hecht Harrison was fulfilled.

The campaigns worked as follows:

  • We diversified their social media content by adding GIFS, small videos and a series of comics for InnoLab.
  • We also provided assistance for oce branding, communication to associates and initiated an anti-bribery campaign.
  • Most importantly creative support was provided for various campaigns such as InnoLab,quarterly sales contest, #CEOforonemonth and Great Place to Work among others.
